Standing seam metal roofs are a bold option when you are invested in your property for the long haul. These are among the longest lasting roof systems in our region when properly installed. We use Nu-Ray metals a local manufacturer based in Auburn and Kent Washington. This allows direct coordination of the project between our experts and Nu-ray experts to ensure outstanding results. From steep slope all the way down to .5/12.
Composition Shingle
Composition shingles are the most common roofing material used in the pacific northwest as well as many other markets. The reason for this is that they offer a strong value proposition balancing affordability with longevity. If you have a roof pitch over 4/12 composition shingles are a great option. With our preffered manufacturer Malarkey roof products you can even have a fully warrantied installation down to 2/12.
Membrane roofs TPO/PVC
TPO/PVC roofs are the go to option for flat roofs. These are most common on slopes below 4/12, offering a durable option with warranties out to 50 years on residential projects. We also offer NDL warranties for our commercial projects upon request. We are a weather-bond certified installer.

The best time to consider new gutters and facia board is when you re-roof. These adjacent building materials tie directly into your roof system making is more cost effective to take on as part of your overall roofing project. We use premium pre-preimed exterior rated facia board and seamless aluminum gutters manufactured on site specifically for your home.
You will also need to maintain your new roof or try to eke out a few more years from your aging roof. With that in mind we also offer repair and cleaning services for all types of roofing. Ensuring that you are able to protect and maintain your investment.
